When We Sell Your House
Selling your home can seem a daunting prospect. But at Rich Estate,
we're committed to making everything as easy and stress-free as possible
for you. And this quick reference guide lets you know what to expect at
every stage of our process.
You meet with our Agent
Select your Rich Estate Agent and they'll work closely with you to determine the
right strategy for selling your property. They will then provide you with a detailed
written quote.
We get to work
Upon approval of our quote, your Agent will take care of everything:
- Photography
- Brochures
- Web, magazine and newspaper advertising
- Signage
We get ready to launch
Rich Estate makes every property sale an event. We build the interest with 'Coming soon' notices, generating interest before it even goes to market.
We get pro-active
Your agent will search our extensive database to actively find the right buyer. We then contact potential leads. All of this activity helps to determine the best price to go to market with.
We offer a price guide
We will work with you to help you decide on the right price and we respect that this decision is ultimately in your hands.
We launch
Once we've created a high level of interest, it's time to launch. We advertise through all possible channels and arrange viewings.
We follow up
All leads are followed and assessed. We then build a relationship with potential buyers making sure they have every opportunity to make an offer.
We keep you informed
Now we're getting close to achieving a great sale price. We keep you informed of possible offers and work to achieve the best price for you.
We negotiate on your behalf
Once we have negotiated the best possible price, you have control. Accept or decline, we will work with you to achieve the outcome you're looking for.
We take care of the paperwork
If you're happy to accept the offer, we will arrange the necessary contracts for both parties to sign.
You sell your property
Once you have signed the contract, your property is sold in a timely manner and for a price that pleases you. Congratulations!
